Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for pediatric clients.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Partner with families, educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.

Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication development outside of therapy sessions.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.

Active Speech-Language Pathology license, or eligibility for licensure, in California.

Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric populations.

Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for children.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working in home-based, school-based, or pediatric outpatient settings.

Knowledge of sensory, developmental, and behavioral considerations impacting communication.

Experience collaborating with occupational therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals.

Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Competitive salary range of $108,000 – $118,000 annually.
