A2I Enterprise is seeking an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Associate to join our growing team in Round Rock, TX. This role is designed as a career development program with structured training, ideal for individuals looking to start a career in marketing, sales, and business development.
You will receive hands-on training and real-world experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while working directly with customers and/or clients to promote services, build relationships, and support business growth.
No prior experience is required—we provide full paid training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
Pay: $950–$1,250 per week (paid weekly) + performance-based bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and/or clients in a professional setting
- Present and promote products and services
- Assist in generating new leads and business opportunities
- Support marketing and sales campaigns
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet weekly goals and performance targets
- Participate in structured training and skill development
Requirements:
