Job Summary
Pay: $18.90 - $19.90 per hour BlueWater Poke & Boba Tea in Redlands is now hiring energetic and reliable Customer Service Specialists / Team Members to join our growing team! Since 2018, we’ve been serving fresh, made-to-order poke bowls and refreshing boba teas in a lively, fast-paced setting.What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a smile, answer menu questions, and help customers build their perfect poke bowl or boba drink
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble poke bowls and boba teas according to recipes and strict food safety guidelines
- Operate the cash register and handle payments (cash, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Pack and manage orders for DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other delivery apps
- Keep the dining area, workstations, and kitchen clean and organized
- Team up with coworkers to deliver great service during peak hours
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual team player who can handle a fast-paced environment
- Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willing to get a Food Handler’s Card within 30 days (we’ll help cover the cost)
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- (Typical shifts: 9:30 AM–4:30 PM, split/flex shifts, and 3:30 PM–8:00 PM)
