Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) Representative to serve as a vital advocate for youth and individuals with disabilities within diverse communities. Duties
- Build strong relationships with youth, families, and community partners to promote inclusive participation in programs.
- Implement positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) to encourage constructive classroom and community interactions.
- Support children and adolescents with special education needs or from underserved communities by providing tailored mentorship and guidance.
- Facilitate youth development activities that foster social skills, emotional resilience, and leadership qualities.
- Assist in case management efforts by documenting progress, communicating with clients and families, and coordinating resources effectively.
- Lead culturally responsive programming that respects diverse backgrounds and promotes equity in access to services.
- Support high-risk populations by implementing trauma-informed practices and conflict management strategies to ensure safety and well-being.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, children, or youth in educational or community settings.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and positive behavioral interventions in classroom or program environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities effectively.
- Background in special education, social work, child welfare, or youth program teaching is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, community organizations, and culturally diverse populations.
- Passion for mentoring youth and supporting adolescent development through engaging activities and supportive guidance.
