- Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.

- Use manufacturer service manuals, diagnostic tools, and software to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to explain repair needs and costs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Stay current with automotive technology and continuing education requirements.
- Certified Service Technician designation or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, preferably with Ford vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- ASE / FORD certifications are Necessary
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
