What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Account Manager
- Support daily customer service interactions by answering questions, explaining services, and helping customers navigate telecommunications options
- Assist with front-line sales campaigns that introduce customers to upgraded mobility and connectivity solutions
- Manage small accounts and provide follow-ups as an Entry Level Account Manager to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Learn how to develop tailored telecommunications recommendations that match customer needs
- Track customer interactions, update records, and support the Entry Level Account Manager team with outreach strategies
- Collaborate with teammates to create fun, engaging, people-centered sales experiences
- Bring personality, professionalism, and creativity to every customer service moment
