REQUIREMENTS and RESPOSIBILITIES
- 2-3year security experience (Minimum)
- 1-2 years of lead experience (Minimum)
- Lead Security Staff – Managing security guards, assigning duties, and ensuring proper coverage.
- Officers are required to be patrolling the property X times per hour/shift/day/week.
- Incident Response & Reporting – Investigating security breaches, accidents, or incidents and writing detailed reports.
- Officers should be friendly and professional.
- Training and Guidance – Providing training on security procedures, emergency response, and company policies.
- Monitoring Security Operations – Ensuring guards follow protocols, patrol effectively, and respond to incidents properly.
- Ensuring Compliance – Making sure security policies comply with legal and company standards.
- Coordinating with Law Enforcement – Liaising with police, fire departments, and emergency services when necessary.
- Conducting Security Inspections – Regularly checking surveillance systems, alarms, and security procedures.
- Conflict Resolution – Handling disputes or issues among security staff and de-escalating tense situations.
- Maintaining Logs & Documentation – Keeping accurate records of patrols, incidents, and employee attendance.
- Implementing Safety Protocols – Developing and enforcing security measures to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
