JOB DESCRIPTION:
Summit Therapeutics is looking for a full-time or part-time, REMOTE BCBA to join our independently owned company. ***Candidate must reside within 50 miles of the Georgia border in order to comply with Georgia Medicaid requirements***
We are looking for a remote BCBA to provide supervision and caregiver training for a maximum client caseload of 8-9 clients. The ideal candidate must be eager and passionate about working with clients in a very underserved area. We provide primarily clinic, community, and in-home therapy for clients in this area. Our ideal candidate will be a full-time Summit employee. This is a remote position--supervision/direction of RBTs, parent trainings, and reassessments will be done via HIPAA compliant telehealth. All initial client assessments and most of our direct sessions occur at our clinic on Thompson Bridge Rd in Gainesville, GA. Lead RBTs are available to assist with assessments. Our remote BCBAs are clinically supported by an in-clinic BCaBA, RBT Coordinators, Lead RBTs, and Summit's Clinical Director.
The BCBA will be responsible for developing treatment plans, RBT supervision, new client assessments, ongoing case management, and other behavior-related tasks. We are seeking a candidate who is eager to help develop our company—innovative ideas are absolutely welcome. Multiple years experience as a BCBA is ideal. Ability to work independently and supervise multiple RBTs is a must.
All insurance credentialing, authorizations, billing, and RBT scheduling is handled by administration. Summit BCBAs have the flexibility to arrange their own schedules as long as they are meeting their supervision and family training goals. Work-Life balance is very important to our company. The clinic opens at 8:30am and all clinic sessions are finished at 5:00pm. Sessions occurring in-home or community are all completed by 6:00pm. All materials and therapy toys/tools are provided by the company.
BCBA Expectations
Supervision: Minimum 10% of client's scheduled hours with a goal of 20%.

Pay: $42,500-85,000 annual salary
