Registered Nurse (RN) - Gameday Men's Health Anchorage
Gameday Men's Health Anchorage is a concierge outpatient men's health clinic specializing in hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), peptides, medical weight loss, and ED treatments.

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to anchor our clinical support team. This role carries responsibility beyond direct patient care; you'll be the RN of record who can supervise LPN staff on injectable medication administration and perform procedures that require RN-level licensure, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly even when the Clinic Director is out.
This role is ideal for an RN seeking weekday hours, real clinical responsibility, and a leadership presence on a small team - without nights, weekends, or hospital burnout.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and supervise administration of injectable medications, including testosterone and other hormone therapies
- Serve as RN-level supervision for LPN staff performing injections, including coverage when the Clinic Director is out of the clinic
- Perform IV-level procedures, including therapeutic phlebotomy
- Assist with medication dispensing per clinic protocol and DEA/controlled substance procedures
- Document patient care and clinical activity accurately in the EHR (Lobbie)
- Support day-to-day clinical operations and collaborate closely with the prescribing clinician and front desk staff
- Follow clinic protocols, medical director guidance, and applicable regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2+ years RN experience (outpatient, primary care, men's health, hormone therapy, or TRT preferred)
- Experience with phlebotomy strongly preferred
- Comfortable providing clinical oversight/supervision to LPN staff
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment
- Experience with injectable medications and hormone therapy preferred
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- $45–$65 per hour, based on experience
- Paid holidays and PTO
- No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts
