We are seeking a Licensed Substance Abuse Associate (LSAA) to support individuals struggling with substance use disorders and addiction in a clinical / behavioral health setting. Some work could be at the halfway house we collaborate with as well as in office.
This is a great opportunity for professionals experienced in addiction counseling, substance abuse treatment, and recovery support who want to make a meaningful difference in their community.
What You’ll Do
- Provide substance abuse counseling and recovery support
- Assist with crisis intervention and patient stabilization
- Support individuals with addiction, chemical dependency, and co-occurring disorders
- Promote coping skills, relapse prevention, and long-term recovery
- Work collaboratively within a clinical and behavioral health team
What We’re Looking For
- Active LSAA license (required)
- Experience working with chemically dependent individuals
- Ability to manage crisis situations and de-escalate effectively
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Positive, non-judgmental approach to patient care
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
