This role is for someone who has experience with children and who wants the opportunity to truly make a lifelong impact.
Responsibilities:
Provide activities that align with the child's interests and are age appropriate (6 years old)
Create opportunities to learn and gain confidence in new skills
Provide safety and supervision at all times and exercise good judgement
Provide transportation within the community for activities
Provide a safe space within your home for potential overnight stays
Schedule:
40 + hours per month with overnights in the provider's home
Pay Rate:
$16.80 per hour, higher pay rate for shifts over 8 hours or overnights- to be discussed at the time of interview
Requirements:
Must be mature and responsible
Must have excellent communication skills
Must demonstrate safety at all times
Demonstrates an attentive, mature, responsible attitude
Previous childcare experience required
Must pass a criminal background check and must be 18 years old to apply
College students encouraged to apply
Pay: $16.80 per hour
