Ready to step into a leadership role? Thrive in a fast-paced environment? As a Shift Manager, you’ll support daily operations, lead by example, and help create a positive, high-energy vibe for both guests and team members.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the team during shifts
- Deliver outstanding guest service (in-person & online)
- Assist with light food prep and station setup
- Ensure POS efficiency & basic troubleshooting
- Help resolve customer issues
- Maintain a clean, organized restaurant
- Train and coach staff
- Build bowls accurately and efficiently
- Understand and manage par levels
- Communicate with GM / AGM as needed
- Help manage shift flow and labor
- Attend weekly leadership meetings
