Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain impeccable floor care with provided equipment and ensuring all flooring is spotless and well-maintained
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
- Follow established protocols for janitorial and industrial cleaning to uphold health and safety standards
- Manage custodial tasks efficiently, including waste removal and deep cleaning projects as needed
- Assist with housekeeping management duties by coordinating schedules, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met consistently
- Adhere to all hospitality industry regulations and safety procedures to create a secure environment for guests and staff
Experience
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Strong background in cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods
- Experience in custodial roles with an emphasis on maintaining high cleanliness standards in busy environments
- Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality industry practices is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Housekeeping management experience is advantageous for supervisory or team-leading roles
