What We Offer:
- Earn $275 - $550 per day (Commission based)
- 100% of tips are yours
- Flexible Schedules: Full-time & Part-time positions available (~10 hr shifts) with Flexible Start Times
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of dog grooming experience in a professional setting
- Clean Drivers License - must be able to drive van in Union County, New Jersey
- Ability to Groom All Breeds & Sizes - from tiny tots to gentle giants
- Cat Grooming Experience (not necessary, but a huge plus!)
- Organizational & Time Management Skills - stay on schedule and on point
- Customer Service Skills - keep our human clients as happy as our furry ones
- Certification from a recognized grooming school is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide full-service grooming for dogs (and cats), including bathing, clipping, and styling for all breeds and sizes
- Ensure pet comfort & safety while handling animals
- Maintain a clean, organized grooming van, following hygiene standards
- Communicate clearly with pet parents to understand their needs, meet expectations, and build trust
- Maintain detailed records of services, pet behavior, and client notes
- Stay up to date with current grooming trends, tools and safety protocols
- Daily maintenance and care of workspace and equipment
- Manage time efficiently, driving safely between appointments and delivering top-notch service

Location: On-site, in-person work (Union County, NJ - Westfield, Summit, Cranford, etc.)
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- 3–4 day work weeks (earn full-time pay in fewer days)
Experience:
- Professional grooming: 2+ years (Preferred), 1+ Year (required)
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record (required)
- Portfolio (Photos) of Work
