Seeking experienced Office Manager for a Contractor company based in the beautiful city of Huntington Beach! Four years management experience required, and preferably in the construction industry. Great hourly pay up to $40/hour plus Benefits! Full Time position Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities with experience in:
- Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Human Resources including employee onboarding duties
- Benefits administration
- Primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including
front office reception.
- Accounts Payable and Receivables duties, collections,
· Process incoming tech receipts
· Manage Subcontractor insurance and agreements
· Contracts review and track
· Manage purchasing department with 3 way match
· Maintain Customer Supplier portals safety requirements
· Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Payroll duties
Qualifications:
Five years experience in office management
Strong organizational skills
Takes direction well and proactively manage tasks to ensure alignment with executives’ instruction.
Uphold and implement policy and procedures
Excellence Communications skills, verbal and written.
Takes on challenges and confront and solve problems tactfully.
Detail oriented.
Able to multitask.
Prudent in handling confidential matters
Accounts Payable, accounting or a bookkeeping experience and understanding principals of monthly accounting close.
Accurate and detailed.
A Team player that performs many duties a small office requires.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Foundation, Spectrum a plus) and Microsoft Office
Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Excel, Word
Preferred experience in Construction Accounting, Progress AIA, Lein Releases
A degree in accounting or business administration is a plus.
