Pay Rate: $20.00 $25.00 an hour (DOE)

Stand-By Personnel is currently seeking an experienced
Header Welder for a growing industrial facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for skilled welders looking to join a fast-paced manufacturing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and/or Stick welding on header components and assemblies

Fit, align, and secure materials prior to welding

Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production specifications

Ensure welds meet quality, strength, and safety standards

Grind, clean, and finish welds as required

Inspect completed work for defects and make necessary corrections

Perform minor repairs and maintain welding equipment

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Meet production goals while maintaining quality workmanship
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous welding experience required (MIG and/or Stick)

Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols

Experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments preferred

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motion

Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (heat, noise, dust)
Work Environment:
Industrial manufacturing facility
