American Traveler is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week travel contract with day/night rotation shifts and required certifications including NRP, ACLS, and STABLE.

Active ND or Compact RN license required

Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP (AAP), and STABLE

Performs daily patient rounds, coordinates care within the interdisciplinary team, and ensures quality patient outcomes

Develops and implements individualized plans of care addressing physical, psychological, social, educational, and rehabilitative needs

Monitors patients for early warning signs of condition changes and responds appropriately, including initiating emergency measures when necessary

Conducts discharge planning and patient/family education as early as possible in the care process

Delegates nursing interventions appropriately within scope of practice
