Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct upselling by identifying additional solutions that benefit the customer while increasing sales revenue
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service
- Manage route driving to ensure timely delivery of products, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety standards
- Handle automobile transportation logistics, including safe loading, heavy lifting, and merchandise merchandising at retail locations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pricing strategies, and client interactions
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Experience in retail store environments or similar customer-facing roles is highly desirable
- Valid commercial truck driving license with experience in route driving and commercial driving practices
- Proficiency in basic math for calculating prices, discounts, and measurements accurately
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and relationship building
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices
- Familiarity with DOT regulations for commercial vehicle operation and transportation safety standards
- Organizational skills to manage multiple routes, deliveries, and client accounts efficiently
- Experience in merchandising, client communication, and upselling techniques
- Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and strong work ethic

Pay: $65,000.00 - $156,000.00 per year
