Food and Beverage Manager
Job Description:
Food and beverage managers are responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience for the Members of Millwood Golf & Racquet Club. You are responsible to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and events. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through member satisfaction and employee engagement. The areas that the food and beverage manager is required to oversee are, the Nineteenth Grill, the Pub, the cabana/poolside dining and the golf house/goodie cart. You are responsible for ensuring that all food and drinks are of the highest quality, handling member complaints and monitoring that all service employees are preforming the standards set by Millwood Golf & Racquet Club.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B and day-too-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Assist in designing exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead FOH team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Provide a positive and efficient environment through communication with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Assist in securing, generating and planning events
- Build relationships with members
- Monitoring and ensuring Millwood is functioning/complying with all health and safety regulations
- Attending all mandatory food and beverage meetings
- Providing accurate and detailed reports on how each area is preforming in service to ownership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
