Pay & Compensation-
Base Salary + Commission Structure (performance-based)

About the Role
As an
In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and provide customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality products directly in the customer’s home.
Key Responsibilities-
Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system

Design personalized bath solutions using company software

Provide accurate pricing and close sales

Attend ongoing weekly sales training to enhance performance
What We’re Looking For-
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)

Comfortable presenting and speaking with confidence

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

Reliable transportation and local residency required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
