Job Title: Customer Service Attendant
Location: Colony Park Lanes & Games
Position Overview:
Our Customer Service Attendants are the heartbeat of CPLG! As the first point of contact, they set the tone for our guests’ experience. In this role, you'll greet guests in person and by phone, share information about our bowling center, pricing, promotions, and specials. You’ll handle guest needs with ease—assisting with equipment setup, keeping everything clean and organized, managing customer flow, tracking lane availability, and maximizing usage. Cash handling and adherence to all cash-control procedures are also key responsibilities at our front counter.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, friendly attitude
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the manager, including maintaining the arcade and redemption area, cleaning, and promoting leagues and events during lane walks
- Assist customers with equipment setup and ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and organized
- Efficiently manage lane availability and customer flow to ensure maximum enjoyment and satisfaction
- Ring up sales and follow cash-control procedures accurately and responsibly
Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude with outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks and support center operations
- Basic computer knowledge
- Minimum age: 18
- Professional and neat appearance
- Basic knowledge of bowling is helpful but not required; we’ll train the right person!
- Reliable transportation is a must
