Busy Fort Lauderdale Personal Injury Law Firm, seeks experienced personal injury intake specialist, with at least 3 years of recent experience. This is a full-time, in-office position. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
1. Opening and creating new files (sending LOR, sending letters).
2. Contacting clients and insurance companies for information.
3. Documenting all information on case management software
4. Obtaining policy limits, such as BI and UM and PD.
5. Assisting with property damage claims and rental car
6. Assisting with case management, which includes contact with clients.
7. Diligence and persistence in obtaining the needed information.
Ideal candidate must be extremely detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills to succeed in this position.
Candidate must be super organized, hard-working and work well under within the stresses of a law firm environment. THIS IS A FAST PACED POSITION WHICH REQUIRES MULTI-TASKING. This position also requires critical thinking and analysis. If you do not have said skills, please do not apply.
