At Quality Enclosures, we've been a trusted leader in the custom glass and shower enclosure industry for over 50 years. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team as our Inside Sales & Front Desk representative.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers while supporting our Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams. What You'll Do

Welcome customers, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and exceptional service.

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with order status, deliveries, pickups, and general inquiries.

Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Engineering to resolve customer needs.

Track customer orders and follow up to ensure timely communication and service.

Support the Sales team with account updates and administrative tasks.

Prepare customer paperwork, process payments, and assist walk-in customers.

Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front office.
What We're Looking For

2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or office administration experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Experience with CRM or customer service software is a plus.

A positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
