Requirements: This is a great paying position as a 1099 Independent contractor worker. You will make your own schedule with drives we provide from our company. Work with us and have a flexible schedule. Retired Police Officer and want extra income that's fun and rewarding. Bus drivers we can use your T8. You must have your own vehicle and add the Commercial Insurance. You must be able to drive at least 2 students a week to stay on with us. That is 16 hours total per week. Our office is located on Remington Rd in Montgomery/Loveland area.
Duties
- Conduct personalized driver training sessions for individuals of all ages, including teen drivers. Possible above 18

- Lead practical behind-the-wheel training focusing on standard passenger cars and emphasizing safe handling, parking, lane changes.
- Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, student evaluations, and certification progress in compliance with Ohio licensing standards.
Experience
- Proven experience as a senior driver instructor with a strong background in teaching diverse learner groups.
- Extensive knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for driver education across various environments and conditions.
- Skilled in operating standard passenger vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with students of different ages and backgrounds to foster confidence and responsible driving habits.
