Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across various properties. Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems across commercial and residential properties.
- Read schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fitting, drainage, and water supply connections.
- Conduct field service visits to assess system performance, perform routine maintenance, and resolve customer-reported issues promptly.
- Utilize testing tools such as ohmmeters to measure electrical components’ resistance and ensure system integrity.
- Repair or replace mechanical components including motors, compressors, fans, and other equipment using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and document all repairs for compliance and future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC systems repair and maintenance.
- Mechanical knowledge of refrigeration systems for system installation or repair.
- Hands-on experience with appliance repair, boiler operation, and property maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) standards and safety protocols.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively in troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong field service skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles combined with mechanical aptitude for equipment repair and maintenance tasks involving complex systems like air conditioning units or mechanical ventilation setups.

Pay: $19.32 - $36.14 per hour
