We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The role involves leading development teams, designing scalable backend systems, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot
Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions
Guide and mentor development teams, promoting best coding practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions
Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications
Review code, conduct technical discussions, and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $45.77/hour - $71.51/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
