Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Primary contact for a specified block of business and is responsible for the overall client satisfaction on the assigned business
- Perform all required Compliance Testing and related items
- Reconciles assets, prepare Form 5500 and all schedules
- Preparation of necessary allocations for Employer contributions and calculations such as required minimum distributions and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders
- Respond to Plan sponsors in a professional and timely manner concerning issues or questions
- Promote client retention and identify opportunities to build existing relationships through timely service quality
- Resolve complex situations or requests
- Achieve service goals established by department

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of retirement plan administration or compliance experience
- Strong background in compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, allocations, and asset reconciliation
- Working knowledge of ERISA and IRS/DOL regulations related to retirement plan administration
- Experience reviewing or auditing the work of others for accuracy and compliance
- Familiarity with FT William software used for 5500 and compliance
- Proficiency with retirement plan administration systems and Microsoft Excel
- QKA, QPA ASPPA credentials, or progress toward certification
