Overview
Squires Chiropractic is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team. We currently have openings for Assistants/Scribes, as well as Scheduling Coordinators. We are currently in the process of expansion and are looking to add staff to our Manistee location. All training will begin at our Scottville office. Additionally, there is opportunity to cross-train in the podiatry field.
Duties will include:
For Assistants/Scribes:
- Assisting the doctors with patients
- Patient therapies, including laser therapy
- Transcribing notes
- Taking radiographs
- Assisting with answering phones and scheduling.
For Scheduling Coordinators:
- Answering phones
- Checking in/out patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance verifications

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
