1. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the childcare center
2. Hire, train, and supervise staff members
3. Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center
4. Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards
5. Manage the budget and financial operations of the childcare center
6. Develop and maintain relationships with parents, families, and community partners
7. Create and implement educational programs and curriculum for children
8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members
9. Handle any disciplinary issues or conflicts that may arise
10. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the childcare center.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
