About Sunday Parenting
Sunday Parenting helps parents of children with persistent potty-training challenges get unstuck. Parents come to us after they've already tried the standard advice and it hasn't worked — before they ever speak with you, they've completed an intake about their child's specific situation. You start every case with a real background brief, not a blank slate.
We're looking for a licensed or certified professional who works like a parent coach: practical, hands-on, focused on helping a parent build consistency and confidence — not running a traditional clinical caseload. You'll deliver an 8-session program, working directly with the parent (never the child) on the behavioral and relational dynamics driving the toileting struggle.
What You'll Do
- Deliver 8 one-hour video sessions per family, working with the parent only
- Use the case brief you receive before session 1 — child's age, history, and the parent's own words — so you start informed, not cold
- Coach the parent toward consistent, effective responses to the behavior at home
- Set your own availability and manage your own calendar
Compensation & Structure
- $70 per completed 1-hour session, paid weekly
- 1099 independent contractor — no insurance billing, no claims, no admin overhead on your end
- Fully remote, flexible schedule — you set your own hours
- Warm, pre-qualified clients — every parent has already completed a detailed intake before you ever meet them
What We're Looking For
Any one of the following qualifies you:
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) — toileting is a classic ABA intervention area, and this background maps directly to coaching caregiver consistency
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD), PCIT experience a strong plus
- LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMHC with real experience in family systems or parent-child dynamics
Plus:
- 3+ years practicing independently, with no supervision requirement
- U.S.-based, with an active, unrestricted license or certification
- A private, professional space for video sessions and reliable internet
- Professional liability insurance
