Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, energetic, and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate leads and schedule appointments with homeowners throughout Metro Detroit. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and earning performance-based compensation.
Responsibilities
- Prospect residential neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of permanent exterior LED lighting
- Generate qualified leads and schedule consultations
- Record customer information and lead details accurately
- Represent the company professionally and positively in the community
- Meet and exceed weekly lead generation goals
- Attend team meetings and sales training sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
