Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing high-quality interior and exterior finish work on residential, commercial, or restoration projects. Your expertise in precise carpentry techniques will ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction. Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry components with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as framing, caulking, stucco application, siding installation, and fixture mounting.
- Perform surface preparation including sanding, plastering, water damage restoration, and painting to achieve smooth finishes.
- Assist with framing and metal stud installation as needed for interior partitions or exterior walls.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finish carpentry, trim carpentry, framing carpentry, or related construction roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and schematic diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers), power tools (drills, saws), CNC machinery (if applicable), and fabrication equipment.
- Experience in construction site environments including roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, tile laying, and metal stud framing.
- Familiarity with restoration industry practices such as mold remediation and water damage restoration is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and fitting components accurately.
- Valid experience in the restoration industry or remodeling projects is highly desirable.

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
