One of our premier partners is seeking a provider for locums coverage as soon as possible. This opportunity is based out of Louisiana and is the ideal opportunity for a provider looking to make an impact in a value-based care setting with a focus on patient experience and outcomes.

Details/Requirements:
- -Coverage: ASAP 3 month with option to extend
- -Can credential in 2-4 weeks
- -Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- -Patient volume: 14-16 patients per day
- -Will cover travel/lodging
- -Value based care setting centered around adult/geriatric patient load
