Job Summary
We are seeking a Working Fleet Wash Manager to lead and oversee our Fleet Washing operations in Columbus, OH. You will manage a team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety standards of our fleet. Your leadership will ensure efficient workflow, adherence to safety regulations, and exceptional service quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive team performance, optimize cleaning processes, and uphold the highest standards of custodial and sanitation management within a fast-paced environment.
This is a highly labor intensive position when required. This is NOT a 'set behind the desk' position. You're required to be in the field the majority of the time.
We use a different kind of cleaning system than most companies, so you MUST BE TEACHABLE.
You must be able to sustain long hard work days (In the heat & the cold) when the situation calls for it. We've been around for 11 years and have Branches in Columbus & Dayton, and we need the right person to grow further.
We do not have layers of management; you'll have direct contact with the owner and the Operations Manager

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations for the fleet, ensuring all vehicles meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff in industrial cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols aligned with safety regulations and sanitation best practices.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations related to cleaning and equipment use.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with management to meet operational goals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and communicate effectively across teams.
- Experience in managaging operations within fleet or vehicle maintenance environments is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and process implementation.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
