We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to learn the construction trade. Whether you're just starting out or already have some experience, we'll provide opportunities to develop your skills while working alongside experienced carpenters on high-end residential projects.
If you show up on time, work hard, and have a positive attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead carpenters with daily construction tasks
- Load, unload, and deliver materials
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Protect finished work and homeowner property
- Learn carpentry and residential remodeling techniques
- Drive company vehicles between jobsites as needed
Qualifications
- No construction experience required—we're willing to train the right person
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to our Flemington office
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work outdoors in all seasons
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
