We are seeking passionate and dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Lead Daycare Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team! Duties
- Lead engaging classroom activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development aligned with early childhood education standards
- Supervise children attentively to ensure safety and well-being at all times
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans incorporating child development instruction and early childhood education best practices
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Follow mandated reporting laws to report any signs of neglect or abuse promptly and appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to develop individualized plans for children with special needs or disabilities
- Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques and behavior management strategies
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements related to childcare and safety protocols
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in a daycare center or preschool setting is required
- Demonstrated classroom experience managing young children’s needs across various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education methodologies
- Experience working with children with Autism or on the spectrum
- Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and mandated reporting laws is preferred but not mandatory—training can be provided if needed
- Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration
- Proven ability to manage classroom behaviors effectively while fostering a positive learning environment

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
