We are currently seeking a professional to fill the role of part-time On-Site Property Manager. This person will manage the operations of one property located in Fargo, ND. They will be primarily responsible for office tasks including leasing, recertifications, coordinating vendors for maintenance work, rent collections, and resident correspondence. While this position is independent in nature, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with vendors to manage day to day operations and working with ownership to successfully operate the property.

- Ensuring the smooth running of our community. Overseeing all operations including maintenance, lease administration, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, etc.
- Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation and profitability.
- Maintain positive relations with all community vendors.
- Maintain a positive living environment for community residents.
- Communicating with ownership any needs of the property or areas that they see potential for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Property management experience a plus, but not required to apply

- General office, bookkeeping and sales skills
- Competent using Microsoft Office Suite
- Section 42 experience is a plus
- Ability to work approximately 15 hours per week with minimal supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
