At HOTWORX, we combine infrared heat, virtual instruction, and powerful workouts inside patented infrared saunas to create a fitness experience unlike anything else. Members choose from 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions or 30-minute Isometric workouts including Hot Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Stretch, and more.

What You’ll Do
As a Sales & Fitness Associate, you will help create an exceptional experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with energy and professionalism
- Conduct studio tours and explain the benefits of infrared fitness and HOTWORX workouts
- Build relationships with prospects and help match them with the right membership options
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, and CRM communication
- Assist with membership sales and retail sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Support local marketing efforts and community outreach events
- Help create a positive, motivating atmosphere for members
- Collaborate with the team to hit studio goals and sales targets

Preferred Experience

- Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience using CRM or POS systems is helpful
