The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Director / Clinical Director to lead our clinical program. You will play a vital role in shaping the quality of care we deliver and helping our clients achieve lasting recovery.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee all clinical operations and program development
- Ensure full compliance with OASAS regulations and Joint Commission standards
- Provide strong clinical leadership and supervision to the team
- Drive quality improvement, outcomes tracking, and continuous growth
- Collaborate closely with ownership on strategy and expansion
- Build and strengthen relationships with referral sources and community partners
Who We’re Looking For
- LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC-D or PsyD
- Proven experience working in OASAS-licensed facilities
- Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical supervision skills
- Deep commitment to recovery and client-centered care
- Lived experience in recovery is highly valued and preferred
