A local State Farm Insurance Agency is hiring a Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative with 2 or more years of insurance sales experience. If you are driven, competitive, coachable, and serious about earning more, this opportunity is built for you.
You will work remotely from your home or private office/workspace using phone, email, and consistent follow-up to generate new business, service existing customers, and help grow the agency. Your job is simple: create conversations, build trust, identify needs, and close sales.
Compensation & Benefits
$35,000 - $45,000 ANNUAL BASE PAY + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS & BONUSES
BASE PAY IS DETERMINED BY INTERVIEW & BACKGROUND
$52,000-$85,000 TOTAL COMPENSATION WITH COMMISSION IF YOU CAN BE COACHED

Prospect daily and create new sales opportunities

Sell insurance and financial products

Help drive agency growth, retention, and sales goals

What We Require
PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE SALES LICENSE REQUIRED!
2 OR MORE YEARS OF PREVIOUS INSURANCE SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
NO NEED TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF 3-6 MONTHS AT MULTIPLE JOBS
Must be hungry, focused, organized, and efficient
Must be self-motivated, reliable, and competitive
Strong PC skills required
Must be coachable and willing to improve
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be comfortable asking for the sale
