We are seeking dependable and hardworking Temporary Apartment Turn Cleaners to assist with our student housing turn season. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for additional work based on performance and property needs.
Position Summary
The Apartment Turn Cleaner is responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new residents by completing detailed cleaning tasks to ensure units are move-in ready.
Responsibilities
- Clean vacant apartment units from top to bottom.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all living areas.
- Clean kitchens, including cabinets, countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, and mirrors.
- Remove trash and debris from units.
- Clean windows, blinds, baseboards, doors, and light fixtures.
- Report any maintenance issues discovered during the cleaning process.
- Maintain a professional and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
- Must be dependable and able to meet deadlines.

Compensation
