House of Luxe Bridal Atelier is a rapidly growing luxury bridal boutique located in the heart of the Miami Design District. Founded by Maria, owner of Chicago’s LBR Bridal (a leading bridal destination for over a decade), our atelier was created to deliver a more elevated, intimate, and highly personalized bridal experience.
In just over a year, we’ve become a destination for both local and international brides seeking exclusive bridal collections and a true luxury experience.

The Opportunity
This is not a typical retail role.
This is a sales-driven, high-conversion position for someone who thrives in a luxury environment and is confident guiding clients through meaningful, high-investment purchases.
Our stylists operate in a high-ticket sales environment with strong commission potential and consistent opportunity to earn.
What You’ll Do
- Lead brides through a personalized, luxury gown shopping experience
- Style complete bridal looks (veils, accessories, second looks)
- Build relationships that convert into sales
- Confidently close high-value transactions
- Take measurements and process custom orders
- Follow up and maintain client relationships
- Support appointments, communication, and showroom presentation
Who You Are
- A strong closer with proven sales success
- Luxury retail or bridal sales experience strongly preferred; high-ticket sales experience highly valued
- Passionate about fashion and current trends
- Confident discussing garment fit, construction, and styling
- Polished, warm, and highly professional
- Emotionally intelligent and able to guide meaningful moments
- Organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
- Fluent in Spanish preferred

Schedule
- Wednesday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM
