We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing private dental practice. Our team is committed to providing exceptional preventive and periodontal care in a comfortable, modern, and patient-centered environment.
We incorporate Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) into our preventive-care philosophy and are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about thorough, minimally invasive, and evidence-based dental hygiene.
Position Details
Compensation:, Depending on experience
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday or Thursday - 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-Time
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene services and periodontal therapy.
- Perform Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) using modern biofilm-management techniques - training provided
- Conduct periodontal assessments and identify areas requiring additional care.
- Provide personalized oral hygiene education and home-care recommendations.
- Educate patients about maintaining excellent oral and periodontal health.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients.
- Take appropriate dental radiographs and perform periodontal measurements as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Follow current infection-control standards and clinical protocols.
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the dental team.
- GBT/EMS experience preferred, but not required — training provided.
- Willingness to learn and incorporate advanced hygiene techniques.
