This is a full-time role for a Maintenance Team Lead based on-site in Cordele, GA. The Production Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities, ensuring safety and efficiency, and meeting production targets. The role involves supervising production staff, coordinating with other departments, and managing resources to ensure smooth operations. The Maintenance Team Lead will also be involved in production planning, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
