Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Associate to join our financial planning office. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in financial services, and a passion for customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in managing client accounts, analyzing their needs, and collaborating with various teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and our internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Managing calendars, scheduling client meetings, generating and mailing correspondence, and maintaining office functions.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
- Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage projects, and report on client engagement metrics.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback on our services.
- Preparing and reviewing new account and service paperwork, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining client records.
- Updating websites, organizing office/client events, and keeping social media pages up to date
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or account management within the financial services sector is preferred.
- Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Bachelor's degree or associates degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
