Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a corporate café kitchen
- Strong culinary skills and a willingness to be hands-on in all aspects of the operation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Experience with financial management, including P&L reconciliation and inventory control
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations and service
- Interview, hire, train, and develop staff
- Manage payroll and labor scheduling
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and special catering events
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure exceptional customer service
- Set performance goals and develop action plans
- Maintain inventory and cost controls
- Reconcile profit and loss statements
