Job Overview
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED MANAGER for our Luverne location. This is a salaried position. This is NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION! If you do not have the experience that is listed below, your application will NOT be chosen for interview.
Experience Requirements:
- Previous Restaurant Experience
- Indepth Flat Top Experience
- Managament Experience
- Experience with Square is a Plus
Daily/Weekly Requirements:
- Scheduling shifts
- Keeping stock count and Ordering new stock
- Cooking on Flat-Top Grill and filling in other positions as needed
- Managing Day to Day operations
- Running Payroll
- Coordinating with Owner about various topics daily/weekly
- Patience. We do not rule with an Iron Fist!
50+hrs, Some Weekends (Every other Saturday, at the least)
We are looking for the right candidate for our restaurant. Interviews will be completed in 2 parts. Training will be conducted at our Corporate restaurant.
Pay: $650.00 - $750.00 per week
