The AC Hotel Downtown Tucson is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms while delivering exceptional service that aligns with Marriott’s high standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Sanitize bathrooms, restock towels and toiletries, and ensure all surfaces are spotless.
- Follow hotel and brand cleanliness standards to provide a welcoming environment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and report any maintenance issues or lost items.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests and colleagues.
- Comply with safety and sanitation policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.
