Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team at our Georgetown location. The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation of food by following menu and recipe guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served.
- Prepare food items according to menu and recipe specifications.
- Set up and break down the line efficiently to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
- Comply with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards.
- Follow established food production programs and procedures as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
- Use facility supplies and equipment appropriately to minimize loss and waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Familiarity with menu items and recipes.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.
