Location: The Learning Experience – Littleton, MA
Pay: $19–$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Infant Teacher – Early Learning Classroom
The Learning Experience – Littleton is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to support children during their earliest stages of development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing classroom environment where infants feel safe, supported, and engaged through responsive caregiving, sensory exploration, and consistent daily routines.
This position is ideal for educators who enjoy building strong relationships with families while helping young learners reach important developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily classroom routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
- Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision
- Implement age-appropriate sensory learning activities and classroom engagement
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Observe and support developmental milestones and early communication skills
- Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and daily progress
- Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
- Follow Massachusetts licensing and health and safety requirements
Qualifications
- Prior infant classroom experience required
- Massachusetts EEC certification preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving practices
- Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented approach
- Must meet Massachusetts childcare licensing requirements
